Our strength lies in the collective knowledge and experience our technical staff are able to call upon. The Directors are able to illustrate a encyclopedic knoweldge of oil and gas developments from around the globe.

The testiment to the innovation of Ingen is clearly illustrated through the retention and development of our engineers. At Ingen, our engineers are exposed to some of the most complex problems the Oil and Gas industry has to offer, which ensures that their career development, and knowledge enhancement is rapid.

Ingen's blend of experience and enthusiasim ensures that we deliver projects with detail and vigour.

Paul - Managing Director

Paul is a Process/Development Consultant with nearly 20 years experience, initially in process engineering and the last five years in field optimisation and development, where he has been developing collaborative engineering techniques for pre-development, mature field production optimisation, facility planning and business planning.
He is well known and respected in the industry for his flow assurance capability, with detailed knowledge and understanding of all of the key aspects and their impact on system design and operation. His understanding of the link between reservoir, subsea and facilities performance throughout the life of field enables him to determine the key value drivers for projects.

Andy - Operations Director

Andy is a Development Specialist with 20 years experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. This expertise covers reservoir, subsea pipeline, topsides facility and export design, operation and economics. He has been involved in many projects from the feasibility stage through detailed design to offshore hook up, commissioning and start-up.

Robbie - Director

Robbie Leask is a Chartered Process Engineer with over 20 years experience in the design and modifications to both onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities. He is a proven problem solver and has attained lead and project management positions in major field development projects.
Specific strengths are his work in the fields of options screening, gas compression and his ability to develop engineering models of problems from first principles. Over recent years he has gained considerable experience in the subjects of CO2 enhanced oil recovery and sequestration.
He has a track record in bringing innovation to the early project design phases; a number of which have contributed significantly to successful project sanction and contract awards.

Viviane - Head of Process - Middle East

Viviane has 20 years experience as Process and Flow Assurance Engineer with Engineering Contractors (Technip, Aker UK, Halliburton Subsea, KBR) and Operators (Venture Production, Paladin Resources, Talisman Energy), mainly in oil and gas treatment and offshore production, including FPSO and subsea tie-backs.
Broad range of skills and experience gained from working on a variety of assignments from conceptual studies to front end and detail engineering projects and recently from her transition role between Projects and Operations.

Jan - Petroleum Engineer
Jan has been exposed to a wide range of different aspects of the petroleum industry, these include subjects as diverse as sub sea pipeline design and economic screening of export scenarios as well as hands on commissioning projects offshore, on rigs and FPSOs. More recently he has been Project Manager for a large scale contract in the creation and management of an Integrated Asset Model to support, evaluate and rank opportunities for a large value enhancement project in the Middle East requiring interface with all of the technical disciplines. Due to the very varied nature of the jobs he has been involved with his engineering skills now range from hands on offshore work to programming and economics. He has worked with both national oil companies (DPE), majors (Shell, Husky) and independent operators (Venture, Faroe) and contractors (CSL, Genesis).

Peter - Carbon Services Manager and Consulting Engineer
Peter has enjoyed a 29 year international engineering and management career with Marathon Oil, prior to recently pursuing green energy solutions. His latter responsibilities within Marathon included the Project Engineering Lead in a Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) development concept. Since 2008 Peter has committed his skills to green energy solutions - performing freelance development work of his green energy inventions and available for consultation in other green energy solutions, such as CCS infrastructure projects.

Richard - Senior Process Engineer

Richard has nearly ten years process engineering experience with a background in oil and gas field development projects, process diagnostics and manufacturing. Richard has become an integral team member in our delivery of complex projects to Dubai Petroleum since 2007.
He has gained practical and international experience as a Process Diagnostic Engineer applying radioisotope technology applications for diagnosis of process problems to on/offshore installations around the world. Operational experience was gained working as a Manufacturing Engineer for a global silicone manufacturer in South Wales. This role included optimising plant performance, commissioning of new plant, and working on various long and short term projects to improve plant operability and reliability.

Henrik - Principal Process Engineer

Henrik has a wide experience within design of production facilities for oil and gas processes. He has been working for Oil Companies, Engineering
Companies and Consultancies doing feasibility studies, conceptual design and FEED covering both project management and process engineering.
Technically he is specialised in process simulation and design of downstream facilities; distillation/fractionation, heat exchanger rating and network layout, gas sweetening, hydro treating, safety and energy/water management systems.

Marwan - Process Engineer

Marwan is Ingen's newest recruit.  A Canadian Chemical Engineering graduate, who posesses knowledge of process systems design, process contol and process modelling and optimisation.
