Position:                 Value/Economics Analyst – Dubai

 

  Reporting to:          Operations Manager/Petroleum Economist

 

The Job:                    

The sole purpose of this position is to provide analytical support to the lead Petroleum Economist, from our UAE office.  The role will require a strong character with faultless analytical skills, with the confidence to ensure their work delivered will stand up to intense scrutiny, both internally and externally.

 

The level of work and analysis shall be reporting to a senior level within Oil and Gas Operators within the GCC region.  There will be minimal client interaction, but a professional attitude and engagement with our clients will be essential.

 

  The Person:

Applicants must have a tertiary qualification in Mathematics/Physics/Economics.  Candidates with PHD’s are encouraged to apply.  Guru levels of Excel and VBA are essential

 

The successful candidate will be a strong character, who is a self-starter with an interest of self-educating, and investigating new areas of expertise.

 

Applicants would be expected to be confident in dealing with multi-disciplinary people, both clients and engineering professionals.
